{Where do we begin?~ with a Design Consultation}
We will sit down and talk about what you are looking for. Whether it be figuring out what your style is, or finding out what your lifestyle may be like so that we can best fit your needs. You may be feeling overwhelmed at where to begin so I can help you prioritize a plan of attack.
{Services I Provide}
{Color Consulting}- Finding a good paint color often comes from trial and error. After 12 years of selecting paint colors, I’ve got it pretty well down.
{Shopping}- Many people don’t have the time or maybe just don’t know where to begin. My clients often find that they save money by letting me do the shopping as I am a deal finder. Whether it be shopping locally or online, I can help you. I am efficient and practical. Nothing gives me more joy than to find my client an amazing deal.
{Working with what you currently have}- This is one of my favorite solutions! After seeing the same things in your home for years, it is hard to envision them any differently. You need a new set of eyes to look at them and that’s where I come in. I may suggest moving a piece of furniture to a different part of the house, or perhaps painting it a different color. I love breathing a little life into something you were ready to toss out. That’s the green side of me.
{Staging for Resale}- I have a lot of experience in this as I set up model homes for many years. I can go through your house with a “buyers” eye and either do the staging, or give you ideas on what you may need to do to be able to help sell your home.
{New Construction}- I worked as a “selections coordinator” for a residential builder for 7 years and realize how over whelming building a house can be for a person. I can help you make selections all the way from shingle color to toilet paper holder. This service will give you piece of mind that what you may be seeing on paper will all work together when the house is built.
{Where to start and how much does it cost?}
We will start with a phone conversation where you can explain to me what type of service you may be needing. From there I should be able to give you an idea of what we are looking at for design fees. Every job is unique and can vary. We then can set up a meeting where I will get a more in depth idea of what you are needing. After our initial meeting I will follow up with a design summary. Your “Design Summary” will include a room by room list of ideas I have to improve it including estimates on the cost of materials and design time will take to make it the space you are desiring.
